“Once someone starts with Cadmus, they quickly appreciate the level of scaffolding and the ability to deeply support students through the academic writing process in a way never possible before at scale.“

Through the Flexible Academic Programming (FlexAP) project, the University of Melbourne set out to integrate leading technologies and digital teaching practices to improve student experience. Cadmus was selected as part of a suite of technology solutions to support this initiative. The platform represented a way for the university to support students using best-practice teaching and learning practices, while maintaining the highest academic integrity standards. Notable improvements were seen in academic misconduct, staff workflows, and student experience, with 82% of students wanting to use the platform in more subjects. Academics were similarly satisfied with consistent growth in usage seen from 2018 to 2020.
